A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR METRO PARKS CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF THREE USED “GATOR” VEHICLES AND A LARGE BLOWER - GREENVILLE TURF AND TRACTOR, INC. - $50,800.00.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:
METRO PARKS
$50,800.00 for a Sole Source Contract with Greenville Turf and Tractor, Inc. for three “Gator” vehicles and a large blower from October 4, 2021 through November 24, 2021.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
