BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed amendment to contract is hereby approved:

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS

$18,000.00 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $36,000.00 for an amendment to the noncompetitively negotiated Professional Service Contract with Holden Huntzinger for supporting policy work for Metro’s COVID-19 response from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.

SECTION II:                     This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
