TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,600 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $1,250 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 12, 13, 14, AND 25; $1,000 FROM DISTRICT 15; AND $600 FROM DISTRICT 6; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO RIVERSIDE, THE FARNSLEY-MOREMAN LANDING, INC. FOR THE ANNUAL RIVERSIDE MAYOR’S DERBY BRUNCH ON THE RIVER.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $6,600 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $1,250 each from Districts 12, 13, 14, and 25; $1,000 from District 15; and $600 from District 6; through the Office of Management and Budget, to Riverside, the Farnsley-Moreman Landing, Inc. for the Annual Riverside Mayor’s Derby Brunch on the River.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
