AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,800 FROM DISTRICT 21 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH PUBLIC WORKS, TO INTEGRATED SERVICES, INC. FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AT THE SOUTH THIRD STREET AND SOUTHERN PARKWAY INTERCHANGE RAMP.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $8,800 is hereby appropriated from District 21 Neighborhood Development Funds, through Public Works, to Integrated Services, Inc. for landscape maintenance at the South Third Street and Southern Parkway interchange ramp.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
