TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $12,500 FROM DISTRICT 10 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES & REVITALIZATION, TO INCREASE THE ALLOCATED FUNDS TO THE MINISTRIES UNITED OF SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISVILLE (MUSCL) SENIOR WELLNESS CENTER AS ADOPTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 103, SERIES 2015.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $12,500 is hereby appropriated from the District 10 Neighborhood Development Funds, to the Department of Community Services & Revitalization, to increase the allocated funds to the Ministries United of South Central Louisville (MUSCL) Senior Wellness Center as adopted in Ordinance No. 103, Series 2015.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
