WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Department of Public Works & Assets.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I:                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept $14,000 from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the installation of a fence at the TRIMARC site along West Main Street.

SECTION II:                      This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
