AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 073, SERIES 2020 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT BY APPROPRIATING $725,000 TO THE BELLE OF LOUISVILLE TO FUND OPERATING EXPENSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Part I., L. Related Agencies, 1. Waterfront Development Corporation, of Ordinance No. 073, Series 2020 is hereby amended as follows:
1. WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
a. General Operations
(1) General Fund 1,265,000 1,990,000
(2) Agency and Other Receipts 0
TOTAL - Waterfront Development Corporation 1,265,000 1,990,000
b. Included in L. 1. a. above is $528,000 $1,253,000 for the Belle of Louisville Fleet
operations.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
