AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,400 FROM DISTRICT 15 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH PUBLIC WORKS, TO INTEGRATED SERVICES INC. FOR SPRING AND FALL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOR THE I-264 INTERCHANGES AT THE NORTH SIDE OF SOUTHERN PARKWAY, NORTHWEST SIDE OF THIRD STREET, AND TAYLOR BOULEVARD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $6,400 is hereby appropriated from District 15 Neighborhood Development Funds to Louisville Metro Public Works for Spring and Fall landscape maintenance for the I-265 interchanges at Southern Parkway, Third Street, and Taylor Boulevard.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
