Member Bratcher, that this Ordinance return to the table.  
Vice Chair Hawkins read a proposed amendment by substitution into the  
record.

ORDINANCES (“LMCO”) REGARDING SECONDARY METALS RECYCLING TO  
CONFORM WITH THE KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES AS AMENDED BY THE 2026  
GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
