THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $750 FROM DISTRICTS 14 AND 25 [12]; $571.09 FROM  
DISTRICTS 12 AND 13; AND $500 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 1 AND 21; TO LOUISVILLE  
METRO POLICE DEPARTMENT THIRD DIVISION FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH  
THEIR ANNUAL NATIONAL NIGHT OUT EVENT TO BE HELD AUGUST 4, 2026 (AS  
AMENDED).

A motion was made by Committee Member Seum, seconded by Vice Chair  
Parker, that this Neighborhood Development Fund be amended as follows:  
- Add $750 each from Districts 14 and 25  
- Add $500 each from Districts 1 and 21  
- Add $571.09 from District 13  
- Reduce District 12's amount from $750 to $571.09  
The motion to amend carried with a voice vote for a new appropriated total of  
$3,642.18.  
The motion to recommend for approval carried by a voice vote and the  
amended Neighborhood Development Fund was approved.

APPROPRIATING $2,185 FROM DISTRICT 17 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT  
FUNDS TO METRO PARKS TO COVER PORTABLE RESTROOMS, SECURITY, AND  
INFLATABLES FOR BERRYTOWN DAY ON AUGUST 1, 2026.
