LOUISVILLE METRO GOVERNMENT TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE  
DEEMED NECESSARY BY DLG TO CARRY OUT VARIOUS PROJECTS, AND  
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACT AS THE AUTHORIZED CORRESPONDENT FOR  
THESE PROJECTS.
