Single Family Residential to PEC Planned Employment Center be approved.

A motion was made by Commissioner Mims, seconded by Commissioner
Sistrunk that Waiver from 10.2.4.B.8 to permit encroachment into a required
LBA by a drive aisle, and to waive the required plantings in the area of
encroachment (22-WAIVER-0118) be approved. The vote was as follows:
