Carlson that the change in zoning from R-4 Single Family Residential to OR-3
Office Residential be recommended to the city of Middletown for approval.

ABSENT: Cheek and Price
A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner
Carlson that the waiver from 5.9.2.A.1.a.ii to not provide required stub streets
to abutting vacant parcels to serve future developments (22-WAIVER-0041) be
recommended to the city of Middletown for approval. The vote was as follows:
