- Louisville Metro Code of Ordinances ("LMCO") Chapter 156 still has  
references to sections of the LMCO that have been previously repealed and  
this removes those references

A RESOLUTION DETERMINING CERTAIN PROPERTY AT 3907 BARDSTOWN ROAD AS  
SURPLUS AND NOT NEEDED FOR A GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING  
ITS TRANSFER.  
Attachments:  
Sponsorship was withdrawn.  
Committee Member Chappell asked if something needed to be done to  
address this Resolution at a later time.  
Committee Member Ackerson explained about legislation dying if sponsorship  
is withdrawn or not passed within six months of introduction.
