AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING [$21,000] $25,500 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD
DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $3,000 FROM DISTRICT 6;
$1,875 FROM DISTRICT 15; $1,500 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 17,
19, AND 26; $750 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 20, 22, 23, AND 24; AND $375 EACH FROM
DISTRICTS 13, 21, AND 25; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET,
TO KENTUCKY SHAKESPEARE, INC. FOR PERFORMANCES OF KENTUCKY
SHAKESPEARE’S HAMLET IN PARKS IN LOUISVILLE METRO (AS AMENDED).

Member Piagentini, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.

A motion was made by Committee Member Arthur, seconded by Committee
Member Piagentini, that this Ordinance be amended as follows:
- add $3,000 from District 6 for Shelby Park and South Central Park
- add $1,500 from District 4 [for Victory Park]
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote for a new total appropriation of
$25,500.
The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the
amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
