amendment into the record:  
"9.(B).Failure of an Owner to allow the Department of Codes and Regulations  
to physically inspect a unit within registered rental housing or in a property for  
which registration is sought shall be considered a violation of this section for  
the purposes of LMCO ยง 119.99(A)."  
A motion was made by Committee Member Piagentini, seconded by  
Committee Member Hollander, that this Ordinance be amended as shown in  
the attached document "O-182-22 V.2 CAM 081622 Regarding Registry of Rental  
Houing Units.pdf".  
The motion to amend carried by the following vote:
