ASSOCIATED UNNAMED ALLEYS CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 3.2 ACRES AND  
BEING IN LOUISVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 22ZONE0016). (AS AMENDED)

A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Vice Chair  
Reed, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.  
Before discussing the Ordinance, there was a discussion about a standard  
binding element the Council uses, and Travis Fiechter, Jefferson County  
Attorney's Office, read into the record the proposed changes to that binding  
element (see attached).  
The following spoke to the proposed changes to the standard binding element:

The discussion returned to the Ordinance on the floor, and Travis Feichter,  
read into the record a proposed amendment to the Ordinance.  
A motion was made by Chair Flood, seconded by Committee Member Engel,  
that this Ordinance be amended as shown in the attached document titled  
"O-255-22 V.2 CAM 091322 Zoning and Form District at 15009 and 15011 Dixie  
Highway,and associated unnamed alleys.pdf".  
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.  
The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the  
amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:  
District 14 Council Member Fowler had a vote on this zoning case and voted  
YES.
