that this Ordinance be amended as shown in the attached document titled  
"O-330-22 PROPOSED CAM 111522 Zoning at 7803, 7809, 7813, 7817, 7819 and  
7821 Manslick Rd and 7736 and 7742 3rd St Rd.pdf."  
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.  
Travis Fiechter noted that the amendment to Binding Element 19 was incorrect  
and read into record the proposed changes to that binding element.  
A motion was made by Chair Flood, seconded by Committee Member Engel,  
that this Ordinance be amended to remove the following language at the  
beginning of Binding Element 19: "Any significant increases to the proposed  
structures (e.g. increases in building height, number of units, number of  
buildings),"  
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.  
The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the  
amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:  
District 25 Council Member Holton Stewart had a vote on this zoning case and  
voted YES.
