Title

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 092, SERIES 2025 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 CAPITAL BUDGET, BY TRANSFERRING FUNDS WITHIN THE TRAFFIC CALMING PROJECT AND ADDING LANGUAGE PERTAINING TO THIS PROJECT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I: Part I., Deputy Mayor, Public Health & Services, K. Public Works & Assets of Ordinance No. 092, Series 2025, is hereby amended as follows:

96                     Traffic Calming                                                   CCRF                284,000

a.                     Included in this appropriation is $50 000 for D03 Exact Street TBD Arcade Ave, traffic calming, $68,900 for D5 W. Market St., $88,550 for D6 Barret Ave & Ellison, $32,550 for D11 Academy Ridge Blvd, $43,100 for D12 Gabriel Dr, $16,850 for D13 Mitchell Hill Rd, $218,509 $220,469 for D15 S. 5th St, $18,000 $10,120 for D15 Charles Street, $9,000 $14,920 for D15 Wainwright Ave, $50,350 for D16 Bass Rd, $15,100 for D18 Dorsey Ln, $15,583 for D19 Long Run Park Rd, $15,100 for D20 Old Clark Station Rd, $40,000 for D21 Gilmore Ave, $25,000 for D21 Kenwood Dr, $18,300 for D23 Charleswood Dr, $41,713 for D24 South Park Rd, and $41,600 for D25 Afterglow Dr. Previously appropriated traffic calming funds will also be used to complete these projects. Any remaining funds after a project listed is complete may be used on other listed projects needing additional funding.

 

SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.                     

SECTION III:  This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
