A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COUNCIL AND COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2015.

WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67C103 (10), the Council adopted a set of legislative rules on January 6, 2003; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67C103 (8), the Council enacted Sub-Section 3.01 of these rules; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined the necessity to reschedule various dates
of their 2015 regular meetings due to conflicts associated with Thanksgiving, Christmas, various holidays and conferences.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Council has rescheduled the following Council regular meeting dates in accordance with the attached schedule, consisting of one page for each month in the calendar year 2015, and marked "Attachment A" for identification:
a) From Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT to Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT
b) From Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT to 4:00 PM EDT
c) From Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT to Thursday July 16, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT
d) From Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 6:00PM EDT to Thursday July 30, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT
e) From Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 6:00PM EDT to Thursday November 5, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT
f) From Thursday, November 26, 2015 at 6:00PM EDT to Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT
g) From Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT to Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT
h) From Thursday, December 24, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT to Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 6:00 PM EDT
SECTION II: All Council Committee meetings, as they are set forth on Attachment A, shall be considered regular meetings of such Committees.
SECTION III: The Metro Council hereby adopts the 2015 Metro Council Calendar a copy of which is attached.
SECTION IV: This resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
