SECTION VI: Ordinance No. 102, Series 2016, Part I., Chief of Public Services, H. Public Works & Assets, Number 48 d., is hereby amended as follows:

48 Alley Improvement Match Projects
d. The alley paving account requires an equal match from the district CIF or other
council funds. A maximum of $10,000 per alley may be drawn from the account
and all projects must be appropriated by December 31, 2016 April 30, 2017.
SECTION VII: The Council has determined the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION VIII: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
