AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 110, SERIES 2026, RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 OPERATING BUDGET, BY REALLOCATING FUNDS BETWEEN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I: Part I., B. Chief of Staff/General Counsel, 9. Office of Housing & Community Development, of Ordinance No. 110, Series 2026, is hereby amended as follows:

9.                     OFFICE OF HOUSING & COMMUNITY SERVICES

SECTION II: Part I., B. Chief of Staff/General Counsel, 13. Office of Violence Prevention, of Ordinance No. 110, Series 2026, is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION III: Part I., E. Deputy Mayor, Public Health & Services, 5. Office of Social Services, of Ordinance No. 110, Series 2026, is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION IV: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.                     

SECTION V: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
