AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,300 FROM DISTRICT 20 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO THE LOUISVILLE METRO POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR ONE FLOCK CAMERA TO BE PLACED AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE PINE VALLEY ESTATES NEIGHBORHOOD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $6,300 from District 20 Neighborhood Development Funds to the Louisville Metro Police Department for one Flock camera to be placed at the entrance to the Pine Valley Estates neighborhood.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
