AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,730 FROM DISTRICT 8 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO THE ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL DIVISION TO REIMBURSE COSTS FOR THE RENTAL OF 9 MOBILE STREET LIGHTS AND 2 SIGN BOARDS ON BARDSTOWN ROAD BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER 2026.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $25,730 is hereby appropriated from District 8 Neighborhood Development Funds to the Alcohol Beverage Control Division to reimburse costs for the rental of 9 mobile streetlights and 2 sign boards on Bardstown Road between June and September 2026.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
