AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $9,771.25 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER:  $4,886.25 FROM DISTRICT 19; $4,885.00 FROM DISTRICT 20, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE 21^ST CENTURY PARKS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ATV.

SPONSORED BY:  Council Members Miller, Benson

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I:  The sum of $9,771.25 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds, in the following manner:  $4,886.25 from District 19; $4,885.00 from District 20, through the Office of Management and Budget, to the 21^st Century Parks, Inc. for the purchase of an ATV.

SECTION II:  The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.

SECTION III:  This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.

SECTION IV:      This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
