WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through Public Works & Assets
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to accept $1,533,920 of funding for the continued Bike Share Business Plan under the Bike/Ped Education, Encouragement, Enforcement and Evaluation Program.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
