TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,250 $10,500 $11,500 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $5,000 from District 13; $1,750 from District 14; $1,000 each FROM DISTRICTs 12, 15, and 23; AND $500 EACH from DistrictS 21 AND 25; AND $250 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 2, 8, and 17; to the Louisville Metro Parks Department for Forest Fest 2019, the Annual Bluegrass Festival to be held at the Jefferson Memorial Forest (as amended).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $8,250 $10,500 $11,500 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $5,000 from District 13; $1,750 from District 14; $1,000 each from Districts 12, 15, and 23; and $500 each from Districts 21 and 25; and $250 each from Districts 2, 8, and 17; to the Louisville Metro Parks Department for Forest Fest 2019, the annual Bluegrass Festival to be held at the Jefferson Memorial Forest.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
