BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The sum of $18,250 $28,750 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $15,000 from District 13; $2,000 each from Districts 20 and 22; $1,500 from District 14; $1,000 each from Districts 3, 12, 24, and 25; and $750 each from Districts 15 and 21; $500 each from Districts 8, 9, 17, 18, and 19; and $250 from District 16; to Louisville Metro Parks and Recreation for costs associated with the Annual Forest Fest to be held May 15, 2027.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III:  This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
