TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,000.00 FROM DISTRICT 5 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE INC. TO GO TOWARD THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A BOILER.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $5,000 is hereby appropriated from District 5 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to Neighborhood House Inc. to go toward the purchase and installation of a boiler.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SCTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
