AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 163, SERIES 2022, AND ORDINANCE NO. 111, SERIES 2026, RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 CAPITAL BUDGET, BY TRANSFERRING $136,336.49 FROM THE UNALLOCATED BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE LAW GRANTS PROJECT TO EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR THE USDA STREAMBANK STABILIZATION PROJECT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT ("COUNCIL") AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Part I., H. Public Works & Assets, of Ordinance No. 163, Series 2022, is hereby amended as follows:

g. The Office of Management and Budget shall report to the Budget Committee by September 30, 2022 with additional capital accounts to lapse, with a goal of lapsing at least $4 Million, which could be made available for future matches for Bipartisan Infrastructure Law grants.
SECTION II: Part I., Deputy Mayor, Statutory & Emergency Services, H. Emergency Services, of Ordinance No. 111, Series 2026, is hereby amended as follows:
