A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 004, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE COUNCIL AND COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2015 TO RESCHEDULE THE JANUARY 21, 2016 REGULAR MEETING OF THE COUNCIL TO JANUARY 28, 2016.

WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution No. 004, Series 2015 approving the legislative calendar for the calendar year 2015 and January of 2016; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined the necessity to reschedule the January 21, 2016 regular meeting of the Council to January 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Council hereby amends Resolution No. 004, Series 2015 to reschedule the January 21, 2016 regular Council meeting to January 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
