WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this funding opportunity through the Department of Corrections;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept the donation from the Harvard Kennedy School Social Impact Bond Technical Assistant Lab in the form of consulting services and expenses totaling up to $100,000 to be administered through the Department of Corrections.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
