AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 036, SERIES 2020 WHICH APPROPRIATED $15,650 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $5,000 FROM DISTRICT 12; $2,500 FROM DISTRICTS 14 AND 25; $2,000 FROM DISTRICTS 13; $1,000 FROM DISTRICTS 15 AND 24; $500 FROM DISTRICTS 10 AND 23; $250 FROM DISTRICTS 19 AND 21; AND $150 FROM DISTRICT 17, TO METRO PARKS FOR THE 2020 RIVERVIEW INDEPENDENCE FESTIVAL.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/ JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Ordinance No. 036, Series 2020 is hereby repealed which appropriated $15,650 from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $5,000 from District 12; $2,500 from Districts 14 and 25; $2,000 from Districts 13; $1,000 from Districts 15 and 24; $500 from Districts 10 and 23; $250 from Districts 19 and 21; and $150 from District 17, to Metro Parks for the 2020 Riverview Independence Festival.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be returned to the appropriate Districts’ NDF account.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
