TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $10,000 FROM DISTRICT 13 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE LOUISVILLE COMMUNITY DESIGN CENTER, INC., DBA CENTER FOR NEIGHBORHOODS, FOR ARTISTS AND CONTRACTORS TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT THE NEW CUT ROAD MURAL PAINT PROJECT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $10,000 is hereby appropriated from District 13 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Louisville Community Design Center, Inc., dba Center for Neighborhoods, for artists and contractors to design and implement the New Cut Road Mural PAINT project.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
