AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $10,000 FROM DISTRICT 18 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE CITY OF HURSTBOURNE FOR ADA COMPLIANT SIDEWALK RAMP IMPROVEMENTS ALONG COLONEL ANDERSON PARKWAY AND HOGARTH DRIVE, PHASE V; PURSUANT TO AN INTER-LOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF HURSTBOURNE COMMISSION, MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 11-19, SERIES 2011 AS AUTHORIZED BY LOUISVILLE METRO CODE OF ORDINANCES 97.100(F).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $10,000 is hereby appropriated from the District 18 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to the City of Hurstbourne for ADA compliant sidewalk ramp improvements along Colonel Anderson Parkway and Hogarth Drive, Phase V; pursuant to an inter-local agreement with the City of Hurstbourne Commission, Municipal Order No. 11-19, Series 2011 as authorized by Louisville Metro Code of Ordinances 97.100 (F).
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
