TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $10,000 FROM DISTRICT 9 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO LOUISVILLE VISUAL ART, INC. FOR A MULTISENSORY PUBLIC ART PIECE IN THE CLIFTON NEIGHBORHOOD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $10,000 is hereby appropriated from District 9 Neighborhood Development Funds, though the Office of Management and Budget, to Louisville Visual Art, Inc. for a multisensory public art piece in the Clifton neighborhood.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
