AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000 FROM DISTRICT 19 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO DEVELOP LOUISVILLE TO ASSIST IN CONDUCTING A NEIGHBORHOOD STUDY OF BERRYTOWN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:  The sum of $20,000 is hereby appropriated from District 19 Neighborhood Development Funds to Develop Louisville to assist in conducting a neighborhood study of Berrytown.

SECTION II:                     The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.

SECTION III:                       This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.

SECTION IV:                     This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
