AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE RELATING TO HEALTH CLUBS AND SIMILAR USES AND BEING IN LOUISIVLLE METRO (CASE NO. 19AMEND1004). body

 

SPONSORED BY:  COUNCILWOMAN MADONNA FLOOD

                     WHEREAS, the Louisville Metro Planning Commission held a public hearing on these amendments on June 6, 2019 and unanimously recommended approval of these amendments as they conform to the Guidelines of the Comprehensive Plan; and

WHEREAS, the Council concurs in and adopts the findings of the Planning Commission in Case No. 19AMEND1004 and approves and accepts the recommendations of the Planning Commission as set out in said minutes and records.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

                     SECTION I:                     The amendments to Sections 1.2.2, 2.3.4, 2.3.5, 2.4.1, 2.4.2, 2.4.3, and Table 9.1.2F of the Land Development Code relating to health clubs and similar uses and attached hereto from Case No. 19AMEND1004 and being in Louisville Metro is hereby approved.

                     SECTION II:                     This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
