BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section XXI of Ordinance No. 215, Series 2025, is hereby amended as follows:

a. Included in this fund is $800,000 for Alberta Jones Park lmprovements, a $1,000,000 grant to Shawnee Learning Center, a $1,000,000 grant for the Ashanti Fire Station Conversion, and a $200,000 grant to Center for Neighborhoods 724, Inc. for Block-Focused Mobile Community Violence Intervention.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
