SECTION IV: This Ordinance fulfills the Resolution requirement from the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet by further recognizing the authority granted by KRS 67C.105(5)(h) for the Mayor to enter into this agreement. Louisville Metro Government and Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet both wish to enter into an agreement to move forward with the supplemental agreements for the following projects as listed in Sections I-III of this Ordinance:
