A MOTION TO APPROVE A $10,000 FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND FOR JOHN ZEHNDER IN HIS CAPACITY AS JEFFERSON COUNTY CONSTABLE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, KENTUCKY.
BODY
WHEREAS, in accordance with KRS 70.310 the Constable shall execute a bond for the faithful performance of the duties of his office; and
WHEREAS, the Louisville, Jefferson Metro Council "The Council" must approve a $10,000 Faithful Performance Bond for John Zehnder in his capacity as Constable of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
UPON MOTION AND PROPERLY SECONDED, THE COUNCIL ORDERS THE APPROVAL OF THE AFORESAID BOND IN THE STATED AMOUNT FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY CONSTABLE JOHN ZEHNDER AND DIRECTS THAT THE BOND SHALL BE FILED WITH THE JEFFERSON COUNTY COURT CLERK.
SECTION I. That the $10,000 Faithful Performance Bond for John Zehnder in his capacity as Jefferson County Constable is approved.
SECTION II. This motion shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
