BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:

ANIMAL SERVICES

$66,058.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated Sole Source Contract with Idexx Distribution, Inc. for a digital X-Ray machine from December 4, 2019 through December 3, 2020.

SECTION II:                     This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
