A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR ANIMAL SERVICES CONCERNING A BLOODWORK ANALYSIS DEVICE (IDEXX DISTRIBUTION, INC. - $60,000.00).

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:
ANIMAL SERVICES
$60,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated Sole Source Contract with Idexx Distribution, Inc. for a bloodwork analysis device from September 1, 2020 through October 31, 2021.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
