TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $10,000 FROM DISTRICT 15 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, TO THE LOUISVILLE METRO POLICE DEPARTMENT, 4TH DIVISION, TO FUND OVERTIME EXPENSES FOR DISTRICT 15 CRIME PREVENTION EFFORTS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $10,000 is hereby appropriated from the District 15 Neighborhood Development Funds, to the Louisville Metro Police Department, 4th Division, to fund overtime expenses for District 15 crime prevention efforts.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
