TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,910 FROM DISTRICT 15 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO DEVELOP LOUISVILLE TO FUND A NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR THE OAKDALE NEIGHBORHOOD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $20,910 is hereby appropriated from the District 15 Neighborhood Development Funds, to Develop Louisville to fund a neighborhood plan for the Oakdale neighborhood.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
