AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 082, SERIES 2019 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT BY REALLOCATING $99,053.26 OF PARKS & RECREATION POOL REPAIRS FUNDING TO A NEW PROJECT TITLED D14 BLEVINS GAP REPAVING UNDER PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Part I., Chief of Community Building, H. Parks & Recreation, of Ordinance No. 082, Series 2019, is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION III: The Council has determined the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
