TITLE
A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT TO THE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO ASSIST ANALYZING AND REPORTING COSTS- (PUBLIC CONSULTING GROUP LLC - $190,000.00 FOR A NEW NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $550,000.00).

WHEREAS, Louisville Metro Council adopted Resolution No. 053, Series 2025, approving a contract with Public Consulting Group LLC. with a not-to-exceed amount of $360,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Management and Budget seeks to amend the contract to increase the not-to-exceed amount to $550,000 and extend the duration to July 1, 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:
OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET
$190,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $550,000.00 for an amendment to the Sole Source Contract with Public Consulting Group, LLC for consulting services that will help OMB realize funds related to Ambulance Services Supplemental Payment Program as administered by the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services from June 1, 2025 through July 1, 2028.
This Contract is a revenue generating contract from which a portion of the revenue received by the Office of Management and Budget will be paid to Public Consulting Group, LLC for its services not to exceed $550,000 annually.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
