AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,500 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $2,000 FROM DISTRICT 12; AND $500 FROM DISTRICT 20; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO FHGR, INC. FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ITS COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND OUTREACH INITIATIVES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $2,500 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $2,000 from District 12; and $500 from District 20; through the Office of Management and Budget, to FHGR, Inc. for costs associated with its community support and outreach initiatives.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
