AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $12,413 FROM DISTRICT 21 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO IROQUOIS CIVIC CLUB, INC. FOR CENTENNIAL HOUSE PLAQUES FOR IROQUOIS AND BEECHMONT, POLE BANNER SIGNS FOR KENWOOD DRIVE, MEMBERSHIP SOFTWARE FOR IROQUOIS AND BEECHMONT NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS, AND TOMBSTONE REPAIR FOR A NEIGHBOR MAINTAINED CEMETERY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $12,413 is hereby appropriated from District 21 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to Iroquois Civic Club, Inc. for centennial house plaques for Iroquois and Beechmont, Pole Banner signs for Kenwood Drive, membership software for Iroquois and Beechmont Neighborhood Associations, and tombstone repair for a neighbor maintained cemetery.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
