AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,000.00 FROM THE DISTRICT 14 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUND TO LOUISVILLE METRO PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS FOR EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE DISTRICT 14 FALL 2016 COMMUNITY JUNK DROP OFF EVENT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $7,000 is hereby appropriated from the District 14 Neighborhood Development Fund to Louisville Metro Public Works & Assets for expenses associated with the District 14 Fall 2016 Community Junk Drop Off event.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
